As amended at the National Convention 29 – 30 October 2021, Grand Turk
There shall be in the Turks and Caicos Islands a political organisation and the name of this organisation
shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Party”.
Individual Members shall be persons of not less than sixteen (16) years of age who subscribe to the conditions of membership and are Turks and Caicos Islanders
There shall be a National Executive Committee which shall be the Chief Executive Authority of the Party
and responsible for the general direction and control of the Party.
Voting at the National Convention for the election of Officers or the expulsion of a Member, shall be by
secret ballot, but for all other purposes shall be open unless
